We ship out the products within 10 working days from the date of placing the order . This timeline does not apply to pre-orders.

Sure , as long as your order as note yet shipped . Once it has , it is not possible to change any aspects to your product/s , and re routing a courier may be possible but we cannot guarantee it . This is why we suggest keeping a lookout for our emails especially our 'Order Confirmation' email , and checking all the details there carefully.
